Really good! Lots of very informative points with good explanations. I will definitely be stealing some of your lines when we next discuss this in our business. The bits that really stood out to me were ‘better to be there than not’ and when you talked about the need to be authentic and trustful in the way you talk on the net. I also agree with it being a long term strategy and not just something you can throw a bit of money at.
Overall, very helpful – I even took notes to help me remember.
